Registration for Pan Pagan Gathering indicates acceptance of the following agreements and policies. Do NOT register until you have read and understood, and agreed to the agreement here within.

Visual Media Release

I/We hereby authorize and give permission to Midwest Pagan Council/Pan Pagan Gathering staff to use digital media (photos, video, etc.) of me/us in the promotion of the event. I/We acknowledge that this could be used in such materials as flyers, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, visual presentations (power points) and on websites for the Pan Pagan Gathering. I/We also understand that these visual media files may be shared with other event organizers in the promotion of Pan Pagan Gathering. I/We also understand that no names will be accompanied with the use of the digital media.

Should I/We like to opt out of the Visual Media Release, I/we will inform Registration at Check-In, where I/we will be given a flag on my badge to wear that says as much.

Merchant Guidelines

1. Merchant is responsible for all items for their booth (i.e. displays, tableclothes, power strips and extension cords, etc.) except table(s) and 2 chairs per table purchased.
2. Merchant understands that the Council and Convention Center is only providing table(s) and 2 chairs table purchased, and that those tables and chairs are to remain in their designated Merchant Space.
3. Merchant understands that the Convention Center does require all tables to be covered, and is expected to supply their own table clothes for the event.
4. Merchant understands that the Council has set hours for the Merchant's area. Outside of those hours, the room will be locked and secured by the Convention staff and the room will be inaccessable to everyone.
5. We do not allow outside/regular Hotel and Convention goers to come into the Merchant area. Only attendees with a PPG Badge are allowed in the event space.  
6. Merchants understand that NOTHING may be attached to the walls of the event space. There will be a fine, per the Hotel's desgression, should anything be attached to the walls, and Merchant agrees to pay whatever fees hotel levies for breaking the Hotel's rules.
