Visual Media Release

I/We hereby authorize and give permission to Midwest Pagan Council/Pan Pagan Festival staff to use digital media (photos, video, etc.) of me/us in the promotion of the festival. I/We acknowledge that this could be used in such materials as flyers, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, visual presentations (power points) and on websites for the Pan Pagan Festival. I/We also understand that these visual media files may be shared with other event organizers in the promotion of Pan Pagan Festival. I/We also understand that no names will be accompanied with the use of the digital media.

Should I/We like to opt out of the Visual Media Release, I/we will inform Registration at Check-In, where I/we will be given a button to wear that says as much.

Merchant Guidelines

1. Merchant is responsible for all items for their booth (i.e. tables, chairs, displays, tent, etc.).
2. Merchant understands that the Council is only providing the ground beneath said booth.
3. As we are outdoors in Nature, Merchants are responsible for bringing any and all weather protection for their shop and wears (i.e. E-Z up sides, tarps, weights for tents, etc.).
4. We do not set hours, if you want to sell by tiki/candle/flashlight light, you are free to do so. The Council does suggest letting people know though, as most Merchants tend to close down between dinner and dusk.
5. We DO allow outside/regular campers from Rising Sun Campground to come down to Merchants Row (and only Merchants Row) to shop during specific times! We feel it brings good PR, and the more people a Merchant can sell to the better.
6. Lastly, we do ask for a donation item to the Council for Auction/Raffle to help cover our overhead.
