Pan Pagan Art Contest!
Every year, shortly after the theme is chosen in September, we the Council ask you, the lovely community, to create the artwork for next year's Pan Pagan Festival.

Guidelines
- Received by Janurary 1st
- Black ink on white paper
- Measure no larger than 7 1/2" x 7 1/2"
