The MPC welcomes Merchants to its Pan Pagan Festival. At the Fest we set up a Merchants Row for vendors to sell from. (Please Note: There is NO selling at the Fest anywhere except Merchants Row.)
Because of space limitations we DO limit the number of vendors at the Fest to a total of fourteen (14).
We have two sizes of vendor spaces:

1. 10' - 14' Wide x 10 - 15' Deep ( 9 Available )
2. 12' - 15' Wide x 20 - 25' Deep( 5 Available )

Spaces are on a "First Come - First Got" basis.

If you are looking to be a merchant, when you send in your Pre-Registration, please specify which size space you NEED . And we do ask that you are serious in your request. Please do not lock in a 20' deep space if you only need 10 - 12' feet of space. If you request a "B" space and they have all been booked, we will contact you and ask if you can use an "A" space.

Merchant Guidelines:

1. You need to bring all of your own display, tables, chairs, set-up, etc. All we provide is a reserved piece of ground.
2. As you will be in the Best of Nature (and at times maybe the worst), you need to provide any & all weather protection for your wares. ( ie: E-Z Up, Open Side Tent, Screen House, etc.)
3. We do not allow the sale of any item deemed illegal by the State of Indiana.
4. If you are a home brewer, we do allow the barter of home made wine and/or beer to adults. Barter or dispensing of any alcoholic product to a minor will get you removed not only from Merchants Row, but from the Fest as well.
5. We do not set any hours, sell when you want.
6. We DO allow at specific times the outside/regular campers at Rising Sun Campground to come down to Merchants Row and shop. We feel it is good PR and does help the Merchants earn a living.
7. Lastly, we do ask for a donation of an item to the Council that we place in the Auction/Raffle to help keep our overhead covered.

Cost: N O T H I N G !!! The MPC does not charge vendors a fee to merchant at PPF. We feel you are providing a service to the other attendees who may have no access to Pagan items where they live. Our way of saying "Thank You" is to not charge a fee.

Also, all Merchants who Pre-Register get a FREE listing in the Festival Program Book. Along with your Pre-Registration, send the Name & Address you want shown and a brief one-line description of your wares and that information will be included in the Program Book.
